Right of Withdrawal: Timing and methods
In case of product defect or change of mind, the customer can return the purchased items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 – Consumer Code). The goods must be returned intact and unused, in the same condition they were received, with the original packaging and the original labels not removed, enclosing the delivery document inside the package.
How to Return an Item
Within the period indicated above, the customer must follow the return procedure located on his personal area on our website.
The shipment of the product in its original condition must take place within 14 days from the manifestation of the return intention. In case of defect of the items, the shipping costs will be covered by us. The shipment must be made by express courier so we can use tracking to locate it. The refund will include any shipment costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase.
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days from the moment we are informed of the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse and will be checked by our staff. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction or with a bank transfer.
